Priti Verma

Priti has been working in the financial services sector for nearly 25 years. As well as an in-depth knowledge of wealth and asset management, financial planning and banking, she has extensive experience in the development and embedding of risk and compliance frameworks, and group wide transformational change, with a track record in process reengineering and optimisation. In previous roles, she has led teams across multiple geographies and jurisdictions and has managed both team growth and streamlining. Having started her career as a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting, working on strategic projects and both regulatory and system implementations, Priti went on to senior risk roles at Schroders, Aviva Investors and Pictet Asset Management. Prior to joining Quilter, Priti was the Chief Risk Officer at Brooks Macdonald and at Smith and Williamson Holdings, working closely with key stakeholders including boards, executive peers, regulators, clients and their advisers.
