Penny Cole
Human Resources Director
Penny was appointed Group HR Director in September 2021 and leads HR, Internal Communications and the Quilter Foundation. She brings extensive experience across all elements of Human Resources including people strategy, cultural transformation, talent and succession, reward strategy and implementation, HR service model development, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, development and implementation of DE&I strategies and employee communications and engagement.
Prior to her current role Penny held multiple roles across the Group including People transformation Director for our UK Platform, designing, developing, and implementing the externally recognised and multi award winning People Strategy – Hello Tomorrow. She was also Head of HR for our UK and International businesses and lead culture change for the Group pre-listing. She has worked across multiple jurisdictions and geographies and led significant complex people change.
Penny has worked across multiple industries and sectors including Telecommunications, Third Sector and Financial Services.
