Hanlie Van Staden

Hanlie has more than 20 years’ experience designing and delivering strategic change in Financial Services, with 10+ years with the Quilter Group. She has been central to Quilter’s establishment and journey as a standalone business, amongst others having led the successful replatforming of Quilter’s IFA platform to FNZ and more recently being responsible for operating model simplification and cost reduction programmes. She has extensive experience across all aspects of change and transformation, including strategy development, programme delivery, organisational change management, operating models and organisational capability development.
