Shareview (for shareholders who hold their shares on the UK register)

You do not have to receive paper shareholder documentation. Many shareholders choose to receive their communications electronically. Our Registrar, Equiniti, provide a free, convenient online service at www.shareview.co.uk, where you can access your shareholding online quickly and easily.

As a Shareview member, you will receive regular emails about our performance.

You can:

  • View your holding and get an indicative valuation
  • Change your address
  • Arrange to have dividends paid into your bank account
  • Request to receive shareholder communications by email rather than post
  • View your dividend payment history
  • Make dividend payment choices
  • Buy and sell shares and access stock market news and information
  • Register your proxy voting instruction
  • Download a Stock Transfer form

To register for Shareview just visit www.shareview.co.uk. All you need is your Shareholder Reference Number, which can be found on your share certificate or your Dividend Confirmation.

JSE Investor Centre (for shareholders who hold their shares on the South African register)

Our Registrar, JSE Investor Services, provide a free, convenient online service, JSE Investor Centre, where you can access your shareholding online quickly and easily.

To register for JSE Investor Centre just visit: https://investorcentre.jseinvestorservices.co.za. All you need is your Shareholder Reference Number and postal code, which can be found on your share certificate, share account statement or your dividend advice.

ShareHub – Access your shareholder communications online (South African certificated shareholders and shareholders who hold via our nominee, Pacific Custodian Nominees (RF) Proprietary Limited).

Shareholder communications are made available electronically through the Johannesburg Stock Exchange's ("JSE") ShareHub platform. ShareHub provides a secure and convenient way to access your shareholder information online, in one place.

Through ShareHub, you will receive important shareholder communications including your bi-annual share statements, dividend payment advice and General Meeting voting information. We do not send shareholder communications by post, except where a response is required in relation to an important shareholder event.

You can access ShareHub at www.sharehub.co.za using the username and password provided by JSE Investor Services. If you have any questions or need assistance accessing ShareHub, please contact JSE Investor Services.

How can I update my personal details, including change of address and bank details?

South African shareholders can update their personal details, residential address and bank account details quickly and securely using our WhatsApp service. To use the service, you must be an individual shareholder with a South African ID and South African bank account.

Please note: This service is currently only available to South African individual shareholders. Companies, trusts and other shareholder types should contact our Registrars.
