Further to the announcement on 4 March 2026, following a capital review by the Board, the Group is returning up to £100 million to shareholders via a Share Buyback Programme (the “Programme”). The Programme will be conducted concurrently on the London and Johannesburg Stock Exchanges. The Programme commenced on 4 March 2026 and is expected to complete by the end of 2026.
