Subject to shareholder approval at the 2026 Annual General Meeting, the Final Dividend for the year ended 31 December 2025 of 94.67035 SA cents per ordinary share will be paid on Monday 18 May 2026 to shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday 17 April 2026 (the “Record Date”).
