Jo has extensive experience across wealth management, retail and private banking. Her career includes senior leadership roles focused on driving brand strength, customer experience and digital transformation. Most recently, Jo served as CEO of the Mass Affluent segment at Lloyds Banking Group, where she led initiatives to transform end-to-end customer journeys, launch new propositions and enhance the customer service strategy. This experience, combined with her successful track record of enhancing brand presence, leading large customer service teams and leveraging technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences alongside strong commercial performance, is instrumental to our aspirations for advancing our customer champion strategy.
