Interim Chief Data & Technology Officer
Sanjeevan Bala is Quilter’s Interim Chief Data and Technology Officer, leading the Group’s technology, data and AI strategy. His role is pivotal in supporting the acceleration of innovation, enhancing customer and adviser experiences, enhancing further our operational resilience and supporting Quilter’s long-term growth ambitions.
Sanjeevan is an experienced technology, data and AI leader with a strong track record in using digital innovation, analytics and AI to drive growth, productivity and commercial performance. He advises organisations on AI strategy, operating models, governance, controls and AI-enabled capability deployment across sectors. Previously Group Chief Data and AI Officer at ITV plc, he led its data and AI strategy and built a multidisciplinary team across data science, engineering, governance, architecture and product management. He has also advised Boards and organisations on data, technology and AI. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science and Management from King’s College London and has completed executive education at INSEAD and Wharton.
