Kan Kotecha

Skills and experience: Kan Kotecha has extensive experience across technology, product and transformation leadership, with a career spanning global financial services and technology organisations, including his current role as Chief Technology Officer at Capital Integration Systems (CAIS). Having spent over 20 years at Morgan Stanley, he held a range of senior roles including leading the firm's e-commerce division in Europe and later delivering a large-scale technology transformation programme as Chief Technology Officer. Kan subsequently joined Google, where he served as Vice President of Engineering for Corporate Engineering. He has previously served on the board and audit committee of Avantax, Inc, a US-listed financial services company. Kan's deep expertise in technology transformation, wealth management platforms and aligning technology with business strategy enables him to provide valuable insight and challenge in overseeing Quilter's technology and operations strategies.
